Businesses in Hong Kong pay the same US-dollar prices. Card, charged in Kenyan shillings at the day’s rate. Replies inside the 24-hour window after a customer writes are free. Meta charges for template messages you start (marketing, authentication and most utility templates), priced by the customer’s country, so a template to a Hong Kong number is billed at Meta’s Hong Kong rate. Chats that start from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad are free for 72 hours. Meta bills these charges to your own Meta account; they are not part of the EliteTeQ price.
In Hong Kong, WhatsApp is the everyday messaging app, and customers use it to book, ask and reorder. EliteTeQ Inbox lets a shop or service team share one number without stepping on each other’s replies.
Customers in Hong Kong write in Cantonese and English. Your team replies in the customer’s language inside the 24-hour window; template messages are created in English.
Office hours are set day by day for each number. A common setup in Hong Kong: weekdays open, Saturday mornings open, Sunday closed. Anyone who writes while you are closed gets your away message, at most once every 12 hours, and the chat waits at the top of the list for the morning.
Customers in Hong Kong pay with Octopus, FPS, PayMe, AlipayHK, cards and cash, so when a sale closes on WhatsApp the customer may confirm payment in the chat, and your team needs to see that message quickly.

Up to 20. That is Meta’s limit per business, not ours: a new business can register 2 WhatsApp numbers, and Meta raises it to 20 once the business is verified with Meta. Growth includes 2 numbers and Business 3; each extra number is $10 a month. Facebook and Instagram inboxes don’t count as numbers.
