EliteTeQ Inbox in Liberia
Businesses in Liberia pay the same US-dollar prices. Card, charged in Kenyan shillings at the day’s rate. Replies inside the 24-hour window after a customer writes are free. Meta charges for template messages you start (marketing, authentication and most utility templates), priced by the customer’s country, so a template to a Liberian number is billed at Meta’s Liberia rate. Chats that start from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad are free for 72 hours. Meta bills these charges to your own Meta account; they are not part of the EliteTeQ price.
In Liberia, many enquiries come to a business owner’s own WhatsApp. EliteTeQ Inbox moves them to the business number so staff can answer while the owner keeps an eye on every chat.
Customers write in English and Liberian English. Your team replies the way they write; template messages are created in English.
Office hours are set day by day for each number. A common setup in Monrovia: weekdays open, Saturday mornings open, Sunday closed. Anyone who writes while you are closed gets your away message, at most once every 12 hours, and the chat waits at the top of the list for the morning.
Selling on WhatsApp in Liberia
Liberian and US dollars circulate together and appear in the same transaction as a matter of course. Monrovia and its adjoining urban area hold most formal trade; power interruption is routine.
Grand Bassa County · a port city and the capital of Grand Bassa County
Port, mining and plantation activity bring company workforces alongside local households. Buchanan is a port city whose economy is tied to shipping and the mining and plantation businesses around it. Shops and suppliers serve both local households and company workforces, with US and Liberian dollars both in use and mobile money increasingly common. The same prices apply to a team in Buchanan as anywhere else.
Nimba County · a border trading town in northern Liberia near Guinea
Cross-border traders buy in bulk and pay in more than one currency. Ganta lies close to the border with Guinea and is a busy cross-border market town, so traders deal in more than one currency and in bulk goods. Mobile money and cash are both common, and network coverage can drop. The same prices apply to a team in Ganta as anywhere else.
Montserrado County · Liberia's capital and principal port
Commerce runs through the central business area and the routes out toward Paynesville, with Liberian and US dollars moving in the same transaction as a matter of course. Monrovia's defining commercial feature is that two currencies circulate side by side: Liberian dollars and US dollars are both used in everyday trade, often within a single transaction. The same prices apply to a team in Monrovia as anywhere else.

Questions businesses ask us
Not answered here? A person from our team replies on WhatsApp.
Yes, 7 days with every Business feature open. You choose a plan in Settings → Billing when you’re ready.
How do we pay?
Card, charged in Kenyan shillings at the day’s rate, through Paystack. You get a receipt from EliteTeQ Softwares Limited for every payment.
What happens if we pay late?
Your chats and contacts are kept safe. Choose a plan and pay in Settings → Billing to carry on where you left off.
Are WhatsApp’s message charges included?
No. Meta charges for template messages you start, at its rate for the customer’s country, and bills your own Meta account. Replies within 24 hours of a customer’s message are free.
Can we add more people or numbers?
Yes. Each extra person is $8 a month on Starter or Growth (Business already has unlimited people), and each extra WhatsApp number is $10 a month on any plan. Yearly, each costs 10 months.
How many WhatsApp numbers can one business have?
Up to 20. That is Meta’s limit per business, not ours: a new business can register 2 WhatsApp numbers, and Meta raises it to 20 once the business is verified with Meta. Growth includes 2 numbers and Business 3; each extra number is $10 a month. Facebook and Instagram inboxes don’t count as numbers.
Do you set it up for us?
You can do it yourself, free. Or pick a one-off setup when you first pay: Basic $50 (we connect WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram and add your team), Standard $100 (plus contacts, pipeline, templates and automatic replies) or Premium $150 (plus a 1-hour team training and a check-in two weeks later).
How much does a WhatsApp CRM cost in Liberia?
EliteTeQ Inbox costs the same in Liberia as everywhere: Starter is $29 a month (1 WhatsApp number, 3 people), Growth $59 (2 numbers, 6 people) and Business $99 (3 numbers, unlimited people), in US dollars. Paying yearly costs 10 months. Extra people are $8 a month and extra numbers $10. Card, charged in Kenyan shillings at the day’s rate. Meta’s own charges for template messages to Liberian numbers are separate and billed to your Meta account.
Why is EliteTeQ Inbox priced in US dollars in Liberia?
The plans are priced in US dollars in every country. Payment is by card on Paystack’s secure page and is charged in Kenyan shillings at the day’s rate, because EliteTeQ is based in Nairobi. Your bank may show a currency conversion.
