Businesses in Ghana pay the same US-dollar prices. Card, charged in Kenyan shillings at the day’s rate. Replies inside the 24-hour window after a customer writes are free. Meta charges for template messages you start (marketing, authentication and most utility templates), priced by the customer’s country, so a template to a Ghanaian number is billed at Meta’s Ghana rate. Chats that start from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad are free for 72 hours. Meta bills these charges to your own Meta account; they are not part of the EliteTeQ price.
Ghanaian customers check prices and availability on WhatsApp before they come to Makola or the mall. EliteTeQ Inbox keeps those questions in one list your team shares, so none are left on read.
Customers write in English, Twi and other languages, often mixed. Your team replies the way the customer writes; template messages are created in English.
Office hours are set day by day for each number. A common setup in Accra or Kumasi: weekdays open, Saturday mornings open, Sunday closed. Anyone who writes while you are closed gets your away message, at most once every 12 hours, and the chat waits at the top of the list for the morning.
Accra and Kumasi anchor the market, with Kumasi acting as the distribution point for the middle belt. Trade peaks at month-end and around the festive season.
Bono Region · a regional administrative and agricultural trade centre
The town serves cocoa and food-farming communities whose income arrives in lumps after buying seasons rather than monthly. Market days are the trading peak. The binding constraint is credit: shopkeepers carry customers between payments, and without a record of who owes what, that credit quietly becomes a loss. The same prices apply to a team in Sunyani as anywhere else.
Eastern Region · the commercial centre of the Eastern Region
Trade centres on the main market and serves a belt of farming towns, with demand rising around crop payments. Most shops are single-outlet and owner-run. Koforidua serves as the trading and administrative centre for the Eastern Region, supplying a wide belt of farming towns. The same prices apply to a team in Koforidua as anywhere else.
Volta Region · the administrative centre of the Volta Region
Public-sector employment gives the town a dependable monthly rhythm, and cross-border movement toward Togo adds irregular trade on top. Mobile money is the default tender. The binding constraint is simplicity: a single owner needs setup that works the same whether the connection is up or down. The same prices apply to a team in Ho as anywhere else.
Greater Accra Region · Ghana's capital and largest commercial centre
Makola and the central markets trade hard on small margins while Osu, Airport Residential and East Legon carry the higher baskets and the restaurant trade. Month-end and weekends spike. Trade splits between the dense central markets around Makola and the newer retail and restaurant corridors of Osu, Airport Residential and East Legon, which differ sharply in basket size and payment mix. The same prices apply to a team in Accra as anywhere else.

Up to 20. That is Meta’s limit per business, not ours: a new business can register 2 WhatsApp numbers, and Meta raises it to 20 once the business is verified with Meta. Growth includes 2 numbers and Business 3; each extra number is $10 a month. Facebook and Instagram inboxes don’t count as numbers.
You can do it yourself, free. Or pick a one-off setup when you first pay: Basic $50 (we connect WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram and add your team), Standard $100 (plus contacts, pipeline, templates and automatic replies) or Premium $150 (plus a 1-hour team training and a check-in two weeks later).
