EliteTeQ Inbox in Kenya
Businesses in Kenya pay the same US-dollar prices. M-Pesa or card, in Kenyan shillings. Replies inside the 24-hour window after a customer writes are free. Meta charges for template messages you start (marketing, authentication and most utility templates), priced by the customer’s country, so a template to a Kenyan number is billed at Meta’s Kenya rate. Chats that start from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad are free for 72 hours. Meta bills these charges to your own Meta account; they are not part of the EliteTeQ price.
Kenyan customers ask on WhatsApp before they walk in or pay: prices, stock, delivery to their estate or town. EliteTeQ is based in Nairobi, so setup and support happen on Kenyan time with a team that knows how local shops sell.
Customers write in English, Swahili or Sheng. Your team replies the same way, and template messages can be created in English or Swahili.
Office hours are set day by day for each number. A common setup in Nairobi: weekdays open, Saturday mornings open, Sunday closed. Anyone who writes while you are closed gets your away message, at most once every 12 hours, and the chat waits at the top of the list for the morning.
Selling on WhatsApp in Kenya
Trade concentrates in Nairobi and along the Mombasa corridor, with county towns served by traders who restock weekly from the capital. Mobile money reaches further than banking does, so even rural shops settle by phone. Month-end and school-term dates move retail demand more than any promotion.
Nakuru County · a Rift Valley city at the centre of a farming region
Nakuru is a Rift Valley city at the centre of a farming region. Common trades here include supermarkets, retail stores, pharmacies and restaurants & cafes. The same prices apply to a team in Nakuru as anywhere else.
Uasin Gishu County · a highland town in a major farming region of western Kenya

Yes, 7 days with every Business feature open. You choose a plan in Settings → Billing when you’re ready.
How do we pay?
M-Pesa or card, in Kenyan shillings, through Paystack. You get a receipt from EliteTeQ Softwares Limited for every payment.
What happens if we pay late?
Your chats and contacts are kept safe. Choose a plan and pay in Settings → Billing to carry on where you left off.
Are WhatsApp’s message charges included?
No. Meta charges for template messages you start, at its rate for the customer’s country, and bills your own Meta account. Replies within 24 hours of a customer’s message are free.
Can we add more people or numbers?
Yes. Each extra person is $8 a month on Starter or Growth (Business already has unlimited people), and each extra WhatsApp number is $10 a month on any plan. Yearly, each costs 10 months.
How many WhatsApp numbers can one business have?
Up to 20. That is Meta’s limit per business, not ours: a new business can register 2 WhatsApp numbers, and Meta raises it to 20 once the business is verified with Meta. Growth includes 2 numbers and Business 3; each extra number is $10 a month. Facebook and Instagram inboxes don’t count as numbers.
Do you set it up for us?
You can do it yourself, free. Or pick a one-off setup when you first pay: Basic $50 (we connect WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram and add your team), Standard $100 (plus contacts, pipeline, templates and automatic replies) or Premium $150 (plus a 1-hour team training and a check-in two weeks later).
How much does a WhatsApp CRM cost in Kenya?
EliteTeQ Inbox costs the same in Kenya as everywhere: Starter is $29 a month (1 WhatsApp number, 3 people), Growth $59 (2 numbers, 6 people) and Business $99 (3 numbers, unlimited people), in US dollars. Paying yearly costs 10 months. Extra people are $8 a month and extra numbers $10. M-Pesa or card, in Kenyan shillings. Meta’s own charges for template messages to Kenyan numbers are separate and billed to your Meta account.
Can we pay for EliteTeQ Inbox with M-Pesa?
Yes. In Kenya the subscription is paid by M-Pesa or card on Paystack’s secure page, in Kenyan shillings, and you get a receipt from EliteTeQ Softwares Limited.
