Contacts import with their country codes intact, so +254 numbers and overseas customers sit in the same pipeline.
Kenyan customers ask on WhatsApp before they walk in or pay: prices, stock, delivery to their estate or town. EliteTeQ is based in Nairobi, so setup and support happen on Kenyan time with a team that knows how local shops sell.
Customers write in English, Swahili or Sheng. Your team replies the same way, and template messages can be created in English or Swahili.
Office hours are set day by day for each number. A common setup in Nairobi: weekdays open, Saturday mornings open, Sunday closed. Anyone who writes while you are closed gets your away message, at most once every 12 hours, and the chat waits at the top of the list for the morning.
