Businesses in China pay the same US-dollar prices. Card, charged in Kenyan shillings at the day’s rate. Replies inside the 24-hour window after a customer writes are free. Meta charges for template messages you start (marketing, authentication and most utility templates), priced by the customer’s country, so a template to a Chinese number is billed at Meta’s China rate. Chats that start from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad are free for 72 hours. Meta bills these charges to your own Meta account; they are not part of the EliteTeQ price.
WhatsApp isn’t used for domestic business in mainland China, where customers use WeChat. EliteTeQ Inbox is for Chinese exporters and trading companies whose overseas buyers in Africa and the Middle East message them on WhatsApp, so the whole sales team can follow every buyer.
Overseas buyers write in English, French, Arabic, Swahili and more. Your sales team replies in the buyer’s language; template messages can be created in English, French or Swahili.
Office hours are set day by day for each number. A common setup in Shenzhen or Guangzhou: weekdays open, Saturday mornings open, Sunday closed. Anyone who writes while you are closed gets your away message, at most once every 12 hours, and the chat waits at the top of the list for the morning.
Guangzhou and Shenzhen carry wholesale and trade-fair volume; Beijing and Shanghai carry retail.

A large food and leisure economy and dense mall retail sit alongside each other, and customers scan to pay almost every time. Chengdu is western China's main commercial centre, with a large food, tea-house and leisure economy and dense mall retail. Customers pay by scanning QR wallets almost by default, and invoicing runs through the state fapiao system. The same prices apply to a team in Chengdu as anywhere else.

Yes. Each extra person is $8 a month on Starter or Growth (Business already has unlimited people), and each extra WhatsApp number is $10 a month on any plan. Yearly, each costs 10 months.
Up to 20. That is Meta’s limit per business, not ours: a new business can register 2 WhatsApp numbers, and Meta raises it to 20 once the business is verified with Meta. Growth includes 2 numbers and Business 3; each extra number is $10 a month. Facebook and Instagram inboxes don’t count as numbers.
