Know what’s on every shelf, without counting it.
EliteTeQ inventory updates your stock with every sale, delivery and transfer.

How EliteTeQ inventory works
- 1
Add your products
Send us your product list in a spreadsheet and we import it with prices, barcodes and opening stock. New items can be added by scanning their barcode.
- 2
Sell as normal
Every sale, return and damage write-off updates the stock count straight away, on every till and phone, even when the internet is down.
- 3
Get told before it’s a problem
You set a minimum for each product. When stock falls below it, or a batch gets close to its expiry date, EliteTeQ flags it.
- 4
Reorder and move stock
Turn low-stock items into a purchase order, receive the supplier’s delivery against it, and move stock between branches with both sides on record.

Questions owners ask us
Not answered here? A real person replies on WhatsApp.
Does the inventory work offline?
Yes. Sales and stock changes are recorded on the device while the connection is down and sync automatically when it comes back, so counts stay right across branches.
Can I manage stock across several branches and a warehouse?
Yes. Each branch and warehouse has its own stock, you can transfer between them with both sides on record, and the owner sees all locations from one account or phone.
Does it track batches and expiry dates?
Yes. You record the batch and expiry date when stock arrives, EliteTeQ alerts you before items expire, and the oldest batch is sold first.
Can I import my existing product list?
Yes. Send your products in a spreadsheet, with prices, barcodes and opening stock if you have them, and we import them for you during setup.
Do I need barcodes?
No, but they help. Products can be found by name on the till, and items that already carry a barcode can simply be scanned.
Stop counting. Start knowing.
Send us your product list on WhatsApp and we’ll show you your own stock in EliteTeQ.
