EliteTeQ Inbox in Nigeria
Replies inside the 24-hour window after a customer writes are free. Meta charges for template messages you start (marketing, authentication and most utility templates), priced by the customer’s country, so a template to a Nigerian number is billed at Meta’s Nigeria rate. Chats that start from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad are free for 72 hours. Meta bills these charges to your own Meta account; they are not part of the EliteTeQ price.
In Nigeria, a lot of buying starts as a WhatsApp or Instagram message: a price check, a “is this available?”, a photo of a product. When one phone is shared between staff, those enquiries get lost overnight. EliteTeQ Inbox puts them in one list that the whole team can see, from Lagos to Kano.
Customers write in English, Pidgin, Yoruba, Hausa or Igbo, often mixed in one chat. Your team answers the way the customer writes; template messages are created in English.
Office hours are set day by day for each number. A common setup in Lagos or Abuja: weekdays open, Saturday mornings open, Sunday closed. Anyone who writes while you are closed gets your away message, at most once every 12 hours, and the chat waits at the top of the list for the morning.
