EliteTeQ Inbox in Saudi Arabia
Replies inside the 24-hour window after a customer writes are free. Meta charges for template messages you start (marketing, authentication and most utility templates), priced by the customer’s country, so a template to a Saudi number is billed at Meta’s Saudi Arabia rate. Chats that start from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad are free for 72 hours. Meta bills these charges to your own Meta account; they are not part of the EliteTeQ price.
Saudi customers message businesses on WhatsApp to ask, book and order. EliteTeQ Inbox lets a team in Riyadh or Jeddah share one number and see who is handling each customer.
Customers in Saudi Arabia write in Arabic, English or both. Your team replies in the customer’s language inside the 24-hour window; template messages can currently be created in English.
The working week in Saudi Arabia runs Sunday to Thursday, and office hours are set day by day, so Friday can be closed and Saturday short or closed. Customers who write on the weekend get your away message, at most once every 12 hours, and their chats wait at the top of the list for Sunday morning.
