EliteTeQ Inbox in the United Arab Emirates
Replies inside the 24-hour window after a customer writes are free. Meta charges for template messages you start (marketing, authentication and most utility templates), priced by the customer’s country, so a template to a UAE number is billed at Meta’s United Arab Emirates rate. Chats that start from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad are free for 72 hours. Meta bills these charges to your own Meta account; they are not part of the EliteTeQ price.
In the UAE, customers expect a fast answer on WhatsApp from shops, clinics and service businesses. With staff on shifts, EliteTeQ Inbox shows who owns each chat and how long the customer has been waiting.
Customers in the UAE write in English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Tagalog and more. Your team replies in the customer’s language inside the 24-hour window; template messages can currently be created in English.
The UAE moved to a Saturday–Sunday weekend in 2022, with a short Friday. Office hours are set day by day for each number, so Friday can close early. Customers who write after hours get your away message, at most once every 12 hours.
