ERP software · Malaysia

Your till, your stock and your books in one system.

EliteTeQ ERP takes over where the POS stops: buying, branches, expenses and profit.

A POS tells you what you sold. Running the business in Malaysia also means knowing what you bought, what it cost, what sits in each branch and what you actually made after expenses. EliteTeQ keeps all of it in the same records as your sales, so nothing has to be copied into a second system.

  • Supplier orders and deliveries
  • Stock across branches and warehouses
  • Expenses and real profit
  • Staff roles and logins

How EliteTeQ ERP works

  1. 1

Set up branches, staff and suppliers

We import your products, suppliers and opening stock, create each branch and warehouse, and give every staff member a login with only the access their job needs.

  2. 2

    Buy against a purchase order

Raise a purchase order to a supplier, receive the delivery against it, and the stock and the real cost of each item update at once.

  3. 3

Sell, move and spend on record

Sales, returns, branch transfers and operating expenses are recorded as they happen, each with a name and a time.

  4. 4

Read the business in one place

Sales, gross profit, expenses and net profit come out by product, branch and period, ready to hand to your accountant.

What does ERP software do for a business in Malaysia?

ERP software brings buying, stock, branches, expenses and profit into one system, so you stop reconciling separate books. EliteTeQ runs its ERP in the same records as its POS, which suits businesses in Malaysia with several branches, a warehouse or a lot of supplier buying.

  1. Purchase orders and supplier deliveries
  2. Stock by branch and warehouse
  3. Expenses, gross and net profit
  4. Staff roles, logins and hours

What the ERP side shows you

01 / 04

Buy what sells, not what sits

Every purchase and supplier return is recorded, so you see what each item really cost and reorder before you run out.

  • Purchase orders from low-stock items
  • Deliveries received against the order
  • Supplier records and costs in one place

02 / 04

Profit by branch, after expenses

Rent, fuel, wages and other operating expenses are entered against the branch they belong to, so each one shows its real profit.

  • Operating expenses by branch
  • Gross and net profit by period
  • Clean records for your accountant

03 / 04

Hand over the keys with confidence

Each person has their own login. Cashiers sell, managers approve, and you see everything, with every change recorded against a name.

  • Roles and branch permissions
  • Login history and hours worked
  • Who changed what, and when

04 / 04

Customers who buy on credit, kept in check

Trade customers can have an account with a credit limit, so sales on account are recorded and nobody goes over what you agreed.

  • Credit limits per customer
  • Purchase history by customer
  • Balances tracked with every sale

Separate tools vs one EliteTeQ system

A till, a spreadsheet and a notebook

  • Supplier orders in a WhatsApp chat
  • Branch stock known only by phoning
  • Expenses kept in a separate book
  • Profit worked out at year end
  • One shared login at the counter

The EliteTeQ way

  • Purchase orders received against delivery
  • Every branch and warehouse in one view
  • Expenses recorded against each branch
  • Gross and net profit any day
  • Each person with their own access

What is the difference between a POS and an ERP?

A POS records sales at the counter. An ERP runs the rest of the business: buying from suppliers, stock across locations, expenses, staff access and profit. In EliteTeQ they share one set of records, so you don’t have to connect two systems.

Do I need ERP if I only have one shop?

Not always. A single shop that buys from a few suppliers usually manages with the POS and its stock control. ERP starts to pay off when you add a branch or a warehouse, buy on purchase orders, or need real profit after expenses.

Can my accountant use the reports?

Yes. Sales, cost of goods, expenses and gross and net profit come out by branch and period in MYR, with VAT or sales tax shown, so your accountant gets clean records instead of a box of receipts.

Can I control what each staff member can do?

Yes. Each person gets their own login with only the access their role needs, branch permissions decide what each location can see, and every change is recorded with a name and a time.

How does EliteTeQ compare with other systems in Malaysia?

We publish side-by-side comparisons with systems businesses in Malaysia already use, including Lightspeed POS and Square POS and Toast POS, covering branches, stock, offline selling and tax records. You’ll find them on our POS comparisons page.
