For law firms and legal service providers · Oman
People in a hurry message several firms at once. The first one that replies and books a consultation usually gets the matter.

Staff in Muscat and Sohar or anywhere else answer from one +968 business number, with office hours on Muscat time (GST).

EliteTeQ Inbox works for law firms, advocates and legal service providers in Oman on your existing +968 WhatsApp Business number. Customers see your business name as they do today, and your team answers from Muscat and Sohar or anywhere else.
In Oman, customers ask businesses in Muscat about prices and delivery on WhatsApp. EliteTeQ Inbox lets the whole team answer from one business number.
Customers in Oman write in Arabic, English or both. Your team replies in the customer’s language inside the 24-hour window; template messages can currently be created in English.
The working week in Oman runs Sunday to Thursday, and office hours are set day by day, so Friday can be closed and Saturday short or closed. Customers who write on the weekend get your away message, at most once every 12 hours, and their chats wait at the top of the list for Sunday morning.
Customers in Oman pay with Thawani, cards, contactless, and Apple Pay, so when a sale closes on WhatsApp the customer may confirm payment in the chat, and your team needs to see that message quickly.
North Al Batinah Governorate · an industrial port city
Sohar is an ancient Indian Ocean trading port rebuilt around a modern industrial port and free zone handling aluminium, steel and petrochemicals. Local commerce therefore serves two populations that barely overlap: a large shift-working industrial workforce with fixed pay dates, and the contractors and businesses supplying the port itself. The port and industrial estate give a shift-working workforce on fixed pay dates plus substantial business-to-business supply. Enquiries to law firms teams in Sohar go to the right desk, with general questions in chat and sensitive details kept out.
Ad Dakhiliyah Governorate · a historic interior town and regional market centre
Nizwa is the commercial centre of Oman's interior, known for its traditional souq and livestock market, which gives trade a strong market-day rhythm and a visitor component drawn by heritage tourism. Cash retains a larger share than in Muscat, and businesses benefit from handling both market trade and visitor sales cleanly on one system. The interior's commercial centre trades around a traditional souq and livestock market, giving a strong market-day rhythm plus heritage visitor traffic. Enquiries to law firms teams in Nizwa go to the right desk, with general questions in chat and sensitive details kept out.
Ash Sharqiyah South Governorate · a coastal town in eastern Oman
Sur is a historic coastal town in eastern Oman known for traditional dhow building and fishing, with tourism to nearby nature sites. Fishing, dhow-building heritage and nearby tourism bring visitors to a local market. Enquiries to law firms teams in Sur go to the right desk, with general questions in chat and sensitive details kept out.
