For law firms and legal service providers · Senegal
People in a hurry message several firms at once. The first one that replies and books a consultation usually gets the matter.
EliteTeQ Inbox lets your reception and associates answer new client enquiries from one shared inbox. Each enquiry is assigned to one person, tracked from first message to consultation and engagement, and nothing depends on a partner’s phone. Staff in Dakar and Thiès or anywhere else answer from one +221 business number, with office hours on Dakar time (GMT).
No credit card required · Plans from $29/month

EliteTeQ Inbox works for law firms, advocates and legal service providers in Senegal on your existing +221 WhatsApp Business number. Customers see your business name as they do today, and your team answers from Dakar and Thiès or anywhere else.
In Senegal, customers often message a business before visiting a shop in Dakar or ordering for delivery. EliteTeQ Inbox lets a whole team answer from one business number.
Customers in Senegal write in French and Wolof. Your team replies the way they write, and template messages can be created in French.
Office hours are set day by day for each number. A common setup in Dakar: weekdays open, Saturday mornings open, Sunday closed. Anyone who writes while you are closed gets your away message, at most once every 12 hours, and the chat waits at the top of the list for the morning.
Customers in Senegal pay with Wave, Orange Money and Free Money wallets, cards, and cash, so when a sale closes on WhatsApp the customer may confirm payment in the chat, and your team needs to see that message quickly.
Diourbel Region · a major religious centre and trading city
Touba's commerce is shaped by its role as a religious centre: trade volumes rise dramatically around the annual pilgrimage and fall back between times, producing swings far sharper than a normal retail calendar. Cash remains heavily used alongside mobile wallets. Enquiries to law firms teams in Touba go to the right desk, with general questions in chat and sensitive details kept out.
Saint-Louis Region · a historic coastal city and fishing centre
Saint-Louis combines heritage tourism with a substantial fishing economy, so its trade has both a visitor-driven seasonal component and a steady local one. The old town draws visitors while the fishing quarter runs on catch and market timing, giving the city two unrelated customer bases. Seasons drive both. Enquiries to law firms teams in Saint-Louis go to the right desk, with general questions in chat and sensitive details kept out.
Kaolack Region · a major trading city in central Senegal
Kaolack is a long-established trading city in Senegal's groundnut basin, with one of the country's largest markets. Wave and Orange Money are everyday payment methods, and taxes are administered by the DGID. A large market draws traders from across the region. Enquiries to law firms teams in Kaolack go to the right desk, with general questions in chat and sensitive details kept out.
