It is not certified for banking or payment-card regulation. Access tokens are stored encrypted and each person signs in with their own login and role, but you should never collect PINs, passwords or card numbers over chat, and you should check your regulator’s rules before use.
Can it connect to our core banking system?
No ready-made integration. The EliteTeQ API (in early access) lets your developers add contacts, move them through stages and send approved templates.
Can managers see every conversation?
