A storefront with no theme limits
Layouts, content and product pages are built for your brand, not boxed in by a theme’s sections.
Shopify Headless Commerce experts · Ethiopia
Keep Shopify running the shop. Build the shop window your brand deserves.
Headless means Shopify keeps doing what it is good at: products, orders, payments and checkout. The part your customers see becomes a custom site with no theme limits. It is not for every store, and we will tell you plainly if yours doesn’t need it.
EliteTeQ builds a headless Shopify store in four steps: check headless is the right call, model your data, build the front end, then launch behind redirects.
We compare what you need with what a theme can do, and only plan a headless build when a theme genuinely can’t deliver it.
We map products, collections, content and customer accounts to Shopify’s Storefront API and a content source, so every page has one clear owner.
We build the storefront in React with server rendering, keep cart and checkout on Shopify, and hold every page to a performance budget.
We move old URLs with 301 redirects, test checkout and tracking end to end, and switch traffic over once orders flow cleanly.
A headless Shopify store from EliteTeQ has no theme limits, keeps Shopify running orders and checkout, is built to load in under 2 seconds and keeps your search history through redirects.

Layouts, content and product pages are built for your brand, not boxed in by a theme’s sections.
Products, orders, checkout and payments stay in the Shopify admin your team already knows.
Every template is held to a performance budget and tested on phones before launch.
Old URLs redirect to their new pages and structured data comes across, so search engines can follow the move.
Want this for your business?
Shopify headless commerce separates the storefront your customers see from Shopify’s back end. Shopify still handles products, orders and checkout, while the front end is a custom site built with a framework such as Next.js or Hydrogen. EliteTeQ builds headless stores for brands in Ethiopia that have outgrown what a theme can do.
Sound familiar?
You have outgrown a Shopify theme when your brand story lives somewhere else, every big idea hits a theme limit, you sell through more than one front end or a past headless build is slow.
A headless build from EliteTeQ feeds one Shopify catalogue to every storefront and serves pages fast because speed is part of how they are built.
01 / 02
Your Shopify catalogue feeds every place you sell, so a price or stock change happens once and shows everywhere.
02 / 02
Pages are rendered ahead of time or at the edge and cached properly, so speed is part of the design, not a plugin added later.
Every EliteTeQ headless project includes a readiness review, a custom storefront, a CMS your team can edit, Shopify checkout kept, hosting and caching set up, and documentation with 30 days of support.
An honest answer on whether headless pays off for your store, before any build.
Built with Next.js or Hydrogen on the Shopify Storefront API.
Your team edits pages and campaigns without a developer.
Cart and checkout run on Shopify, so orders land where they always have.
Deployed with caching and monitoring configured, not left on defaults.
Architecture written up, plus 30 days of post-launch support on WhatsApp.
Headless commerce allows any layout, puts stories and products on the same pages and feeds one catalogue to every storefront, where a theme caps layouts at what its sections allow.

Most stores do not need headless. If your problems are speed, design or a few missing features, a well-built theme usually solves them for less. Headless makes sense when content, multiple storefronts or custom experiences are central to how you sell.
Yes. Customers check out on Shopify’s checkout, so orders, payments and fulfilment work exactly as they do now.
Yes. We set up a content management system for pages and campaigns, and products stay in your Shopify admin as before.
Both are good choices. Hydrogen is Shopify’s own framework and hosts on Oxygen; Next.js suits teams that want more flexibility in hosting and content tools. We recommend one based on your team and plans, not habit.
Apps that work in the Shopify admin, such as inventory or fulfilment apps, keep working. Apps that add things to theme pages need replacing with code on the new front end, and we list each one in the plan.
Message us your store link. We’ll tell you honestly whether headless pays off for you, or whether a better theme gets you there.
