For car dealers, importers and showrooms · Jordan
A buyer sends a photo of the car from your Facebook ad and asks “last price?”. The salesperson who saw it is off today, and by Monday the buyer has paid a deposit somewhere else.
EliteTeQ Inbox brings every vehicle enquiry from WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram into one shared inbox. Each buyer is assigned to a salesperson, tracked from enquiry to test drive to deposit, and the ad that brought them is recorded. Staff in Amman and Irbid or anywhere else answer from one +962 business number, with office hours on Amman time.

Irbid's student concentration drives sharp term-time swings.
Amman Governorate · Jordan's capital and commercial centre
Commercial districts spread across hills that separate them meaningfully, each with a distinct customer profile, and cash remains substantial alongside card. Amman holds the bulk of Jordan's formal retail, services and hospitality trade, spread across hills that separate commercial districts and give each a distinct customer profile. Arabic receipting is standard with English common in international-facing businesses, and card use is established alongside significant cash trade. Car dealerships enquiries from Amman land in one shared inbox, so a quote never waits on one person’s phone.
Zarqa Governorate · Jordan's main industrial city
Manufacturing and refining give a wage-earning workforce and substantial business-to-business supply, with value-focused retail dominating over premium shopping. Cash holds a larger share than Amman. The binding constraint is invoicing industrial customers alongside cash-heavy retail. Car dealerships enquiries from Zarqa land in one shared inbox, so a quote never waits on one person’s phone.
Irbid Governorate · a northern city and major university centre
One of the region's highest student concentrations produces pronounced term-time swings and a young, price-sensitive customer base buying small and often. Irbid has one of the highest student concentrations in the region, which gives its retail, food and services trade pronounced term-time swings and a young, price-sensitive customer base with small frequent baskets. Proximity to the Syrian border adds a cross-border dimension to some trade. Car dealerships enquiries from Irbid land in one shared inbox, so a quote never waits on one person’s phone.
