For car dealers, importers and showrooms · Bahrain
A buyer sends a photo of the car from your Facebook ad and asks “last price?”. The salesperson who saw it is off today, and by Monday the buyer has paid a deposit somewhere else.
EliteTeQ Inbox brings every vehicle enquiry from WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram into one shared inbox. Each buyer is assigned to a salesperson, tracked from enquiry to test drive to deposit, and the ad that brought them is recorded. Staff in Manama and Muharraq or anywhere else answer from one +973 business number, with office hours on Manama time (AST).
No credit card required · Plans from $29/month

In Bahrain, customers message shops and services on WhatsApp, including from across the causeway. EliteTeQ Inbox shows the team every open chat and who owns it.
Customers in Bahrain write in Arabic, English or both. Your team replies in the customer’s language inside the 24-hour window; template messages can currently be created in English.
The working week in Bahrain runs Sunday to Thursday, and office hours are set day by day, so Friday can be closed and Saturday short or closed. Customers who write on the weekend get your away message, at most once every 12 hours, and their chats wait at the top of the list for Sunday morning.
Customers in Bahrain pay with BenefitPay, cards, contactless, and Apple Pay, so when a sale closes on WhatsApp the customer may confirm payment in the chat, and your team needs to see that message quickly.
Capital Governorate · Bahrain's capital and financial centre
Banking and services combine with a retail and restaurant sector lifted sharply at weekends by causeway visitors from Saudi Arabia. Manama combines a banking and services economy with a lively retail and restaurant sector, boosted at weekends by visitors arriving across the causeway from Saudi Arabia, which produces a marked weekly rhythm and some cross-border currency exposure. Card payment dominates and Arabic and English are both in use. Car dealerships enquiries from Manama land in one shared inbox, so a quote never waits on one person’s phone.
Muharraq Governorate · a historic city adjoining the international airport
A dense traditional urban core sits next to the airport, giving established local retail and transit-linked hospitality. Businesses are smaller and owner-run compared with Manama's malls. The binding constraint is correct invoicing without mall-scale overhead. Car dealerships enquiries from Muharraq land in one shared inbox, so a quote never waits on one person’s phone.
Southern Governorate · a large residential city
One of the largest residential areas, where neighbourhood supermarkets and family dining dominate over destination shopping, with steady evening and weekend demand. Riffa is one of Bahrain's largest residential areas, where neighbourhood retail, supermarkets and family dining dominate rather than destination shopping. Car dealerships enquiries from Riffa land in one shared inbox, so a quote never waits on one person’s phone.
