For travel agents and tour operators · Benin
A family asks for a holiday quote on WhatsApp. You send it, they say they will discuss it, and three weeks later they book with an agency that followed up.
EliteTeQ Inbox brings every trip enquiry from WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram into one shared inbox. Each traveller is assigned to a consultant and tracked from enquiry to quote to booking, and you see which ads bring travellers. Staff in Cotonou and Porto-Novo or anywhere else answer from one +229 business number, with office hours on Cotonou time (WAT).
No credit card required · Plans from $29/month

Customers write on Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp, and we answer from three phones.

All three channels arrive in one inbox, answered by the same team with their own logins.
Every enquiry is a customer deciding where to spend. Don’t let yours wait.

In Benin, many traders in Cotonou take orders by WhatsApp, including from customers across the border. EliteTeQ Inbox keeps those orders and questions in one shared list.
Customers in Benin mostly write in French. Your team replies in French, and template messages for customers who haven’t written in 24 hours can be created in French too.
Office hours are set day by day for each number. A common setup in Cotonou: weekdays open, Saturday mornings open, Sunday closed. Anyone who writes while you are closed gets your away message, at most once every 12 hours, and the chat waits at the top of the list for the morning.
Cotonou's port drives a large re-export trade toward Nigeria and the interior, giving wholesale a strongly cross-border character. Dantokpa operates at a scale unlike the formal retail sector.
Ouémé Department · Benin's official capital
Administrative employment and the nearby Nigerian border shape trade more than any market does, giving steady weekdays and cross-border price pressure. The binding constraint is a simple, reliable daily close for a single outlet that cannot afford to stop when the connection does. Porto-Novo is the constitutional capital and an administrative centre, with trade driven by public-sector activity and by proximity to the Nigerian border rather than by port logistics. Booking requests from Porto-Novo reach whoever is on shift, with an away message when you are closed.
Borgou Department · the commercial hub of northern Benin
As the rail terminus and the distribution point for the north and routes toward Niger, the town moves goods in lots rather than units. Connectivity thins outside the centre. Parakou is the northern terminus of the rail line from Cotonou and the main distribution point for northern Benin and routes toward Niger, so wholesale and transit trade are a large share of activity. Booking requests from Parakou reach whoever is on shift, with an away message when you are closed.
Atlantique Department · a fast-growing urban area adjoining Cotonou
A young, largely student and commuter population drives frequent small purchases in food, convenience and services rather than wholesale trade. Term time swings demand sharply. Abomey-Calavi has expanded rapidly as a residential and university area next to Cotonou, which gives it a younger customer base and strong demand for food, convenience retail and services rather than wholesale trade. Booking requests from Abomey-Calavi reach whoever is on shift, with an away message when you are closed.
