Shopify CRO experts · Cameroon

We turn more of your Shopify visitors into orders.

You’re paying for the traffic. Let’s stop it leaving at the cart.

Most stores don’t have a traffic problem. They have a leak: a product page that doesn’t answer the delivery question, a cart that springs a surprise fee, a checkout that asks for too much. We find the leak in your own data, fix it, and prove the fix worked.

  • Drop-off mapped from your data
  • Fixes ranked by likely impact
  • Changes tested, not guessed
  • Monthly plain-English report

How we find and fix the leaks

  1. 1

    Read your numbers

We go through your Shopify analytics and session recordings to see exactly where shoppers stop: the product page, the cart, the shipping step or payment.

  2. 2

    List and rank the fixes

Each drop-off becomes a written hypothesis, ranked by how many shoppers it affects and how hard it is to change.

  3. 3

Change one thing and measure it

We ship each fix as an A/B test, or as a before-and-after on matched weeks when traffic is too low to split, and judge it on orders, not clicks.

  4. 4

    Keep what wins

Changes that bring more orders stay and the rest are rolled back. Then we move to the next item on the list.

What you have at the end

A clear map of where shoppers leave

You know which page and which step loses the most buyers, from your own store’s data rather than general advice.

Product pages that answer the questions

Delivery times, costs, sizes and returns are visible before the cart, so shoppers stop leaving to ask.

A cart and checkout without surprises

Fees show early, fields are cut to what you actually need, and the path to paying is shorter on a phone.

Every change backed by a test

Each change that stayed has a recorded result, so you know what worked and why.

Want this for your business?

What is Shopify conversion rate optimisation in Cameroon?

Shopify conversion rate optimisation (CRO) means getting more of the visitors you already have to buy. EliteTeQ studies where shoppers in Cameroon drop off in your store, fixes the product pages, cart and checkout steps causing it, and tests each change so you keep only what works.

  1. Analytics and recordings read for the real drop-off
  2. Product pages rewritten around buyer questions
  3. Cart and checkout friction removed
  4. Each change tested before it stays

Why visitors look and leave

Delivery is a mystery until checkout
Shoppers want to know what delivery costs and when it arrives before they add to cart. If they find out at the last step, many close the tab. We put delivery cost and timing for Cameroon on the product page where the decision happens.
The product page answers the wrong questions
Long brand stories, no size chart, three blurry photos. We rebuild product pages around what your customers actually ask on WhatsApp before they buy.
Mobile is an afterthought
Most of your visitors are on a phone, but the store was checked on a laptop. Tiny buttons, pop-ups that cover the price and slow images cost sales every hour.
Changes are made on a hunch
A new banner here, a new colour there, and nobody knows if sales moved because of it. We change one thing at a time and measure it, so you know what earned its place.

How we raise your conversion rate

01 / 02

Find the leak before touching the design

We read your Shopify analytics, session recordings and search terms to see exactly where shoppers stall, on which device, and on which products.

  • Funnel by device and traffic source
  • Session recordings of real drop-offs
  • Top searches that return nothing

02 / 02

Test the fix, keep the winner

Every change runs against the current version until the result is clear. The ones that lose get switched off, and you see both numbers.

  • One change tested at a time
  • Results shown before rollout
  • Losing ideas removed, not left running

Redesign on a hunch vs CRO

Without it

  • A full redesign every two years
  • “I think the button should be green”
  • Delivery fee revealed at checkout
  • No idea which change helped
  • More ad spend to make up the gap

With EliteTeQ

  • Small, steady fixes every month
  • Decisions made from your own data
  • Delivery cost and date on the product page
  • Every change measured against the old one
  • More sales from the traffic you already pay for

Not sure which you need? Ask.

For stores with traffic that should be selling more

  • Stores running paid ads every month
  • Brands with high mobile traffic
  • Stores with big carts and few checkouts
  • Fashion and beauty with many variants
  • Gift and seasonal stores
  • Stores after a redesign that sold less

A fixed monthly scope, agreed up front

A fixed price, in writing

You see the full scope and cost before you commit to anything.

Every project includes

  • Free store review call

  • Fixes built into your theme
  • A/B tests with clear results
  • Monthly one-page report

Questions clients ask us

Not answered here? A real person replies on WhatsApp.

How much traffic do I need before CRO is worth it?

Enough that a change shows up in the numbers within a few weeks. If your traffic is still small, we focus on the obvious fixes first, like delivery information and mobile layout, which don’t need a formal test.

Will you redesign my whole store?

Usually not. Most gains come from fixing specific steps, such as the product page or cart, rather than starting again. If a redesign really is the answer, we’ll say so and explain why.

Do you need access to my Shopify admin?

Yes, as a staff account you control and can remove at any time. We also need read access to your analytics so we work from your real numbers.

Can you show prices and delivery costs properly for my customers?

Yes. We make sure prices in XAF (FCFA), delivery costs and delivery times appear early and consistently, because surprises at checkout are one of the most common reasons carts are abandoned.

How soon will I see results?

Quick fixes often show within weeks; tested changes take as long as it takes to get a clear result. We won’t promise a percentage up front, but you will see the before and after for every change.

Show us your store. We’ll show you the leak.

Send us your store link on WhatsApp. We’ll reply with the first three things we’d fix, free.
