## How paying for EliteTeQ Inbox works

You try everything first, then choose a plan in Settings → Billing.

2. **Pick a plan** — Choose Starter, Growth or Business, monthly or yearly, and add extra people or numbers if you need them.

## EliteTeQ Inbox in Saudi Arabia

Businesses in Saudi Arabia pay the same US-dollar prices. Card, charged in Kenyan shillings at the day’s rate. Replies inside the 24-hour window after a customer writes are free. Meta charges for template messages you start (marketing, authentication and most utility templates), priced by the customer’s country, so a template to a Saudi number is billed at Meta’s Saudi Arabia rate. Chats that start from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad are free for 72 hours. Meta bills these charges to your own Meta account; they are not part of the EliteTeQ price.

Saudi customers message businesses on WhatsApp to ask, book and order. EliteTeQ Inbox lets a team in Riyadh or Jeddah share one number and see who is handling each customer.

Customers in Saudi Arabia write in Arabic, English or both. Your team replies in the customer’s language inside the 24-hour window; template messages can currently be created in English.

The working week in Saudi Arabia runs Sunday to Thursday, and office hours are set day by day, so Friday can be closed and Saturday short or closed. Customers who write on the weekend get your away message, at most once every 12 hours, and their chats wait at the top of the list for Sunday morning.

**Are WhatsApp’s message charges included?**

No. Meta charges for template messages you start, at its rate for the customer’s country, and bills your own Meta account. Replies within 24 hours of a customer’s message are free.

**Can we add more people or numbers?**

Yes. Each extra person is $8 a month on Starter or Growth (Business already has unlimited people), and each extra WhatsApp number is $10 a month on any plan. Yearly, each costs 10 months.

**How many WhatsApp numbers can one business have?**

Up to 20. That is Meta’s limit per business, not ours: a new business can register 2 WhatsApp numbers, and Meta raises it to 20 once the business is verified with Meta. Growth includes 2 numbers and Business 3; each extra number is $10 a month. Facebook and Instagram inboxes don’t count as numbers.

**Do you set it up for us?**

You can do it yourself, free.
