**Do I need a developer, or can an app do it?**

Sometimes an app is the right answer, and we will tell you when it is. You need a developer when several apps overlap, when the app slows the store, or when no app does exactly what your business needs.

**Will my store go offline while you work?**

No. We build on a duplicate theme or a development store and only publish once you have approved it, so customers keep buying throughout.

**Who owns the code?**

You do. Everything we build for your store belongs to you, lives in your Shopify account and is documented, so any developer can pick it up later.
