## How paying for EliteTeQ Inbox works

You try everything first, then choose a plan in Settings → Billing.

2. **Pick a plan** — Choose Starter, Growth or Business, monthly or yearly, and add extra people or numbers if you need them.
3. **Pay** — Card, charged in Kenyan shillings at the day’s rate. Paystack handles the payment and you get a receipt straight away.
4. **Grow when you need to** — Choose a bigger plan at your next payment, or ask us to add people or numbers to your plan. Your chats and contacts stay as they are.

## EliteTeQ Inbox in Egypt

Businesses in Egypt pay the same US-dollar prices. Card, charged in Kenyan shillings at the day’s rate. Replies inside the 24-hour window after a customer writes are free. Meta charges for template messages you start (marketing, authentication and most utility templates), priced by the customer’s country, so a template to a Egyptian number is billed at Meta’s Egypt rate. Chats that start from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad are free for 72 hours. Meta bills these charges to your own Meta account; they are not part of the EliteTeQ price.

Egyptian customers message a business on WhatsApp or through a Facebook page before they visit or order. EliteTeQ Inbox brings both channels into one list for your team in Cairo or Alexandria.

Customers in Egypt write in Arabic, English or both. Your team replies in the customer’s language inside the 24-hour window; template messages can currently be created in English.

The working week in Egypt runs Sunday to Thursday, and office hours are set day by day, so Friday can be closed and Saturday short or closed. Customers who write on the weekend get your away message, at most once every 12 hours, and their chats wait at the top of the list for Sunday morning.

**What happens if we pay late?**

Your chats and contacts are kept safe. Choose a plan and pay in Settings → Billing to carry on where you left off.

**Are WhatsApp’s message charges included?**

No. Meta charges for template messages you start, at its rate for the customer’s country, and bills your own Meta account. Replies within 24 hours of a customer’s message are free.

**Can we add more people or numbers?**

Yes. Each extra person is $8 a month on Starter or Growth (Business already has unlimited people), and each extra WhatsApp number is $10 a month on any plan. Yearly, each costs 10 months.

**How many WhatsApp numbers can one business have?**

Up to 20. That is Meta’s limit per business, not ours: a new business can register 2 WhatsApp numbers, and Meta raises it to 20 once the business is verified with Meta. Growth includes 2 numbers and Business 3; each extra number is $10 a month. Facebook and Instagram inboxes don’t count as numbers.

**Do you set it up for us?**

You can do it yourself, free.
