## How paying for EliteTeQ Inbox works

You try everything first, then choose a plan in Settings → Billing.

1. **Start the free trial** — For 7 days everything in Business is open, so your team can try every feature.
2. **Pick a plan** — Choose Starter, Growth or Business, monthly or yearly, and add extra people or numbers if you need them.
3. **Pay** — Card, charged in Kenyan shillings at the day’s rate. Paystack handles the payment and you get a receipt straight away.
4. **Grow when you need to** — Choose a bigger plan at your next payment, or ask us to add people or numbers to your plan. Your chats and contacts stay as they are.

## EliteTeQ Inbox in China

Businesses in China pay the same US-dollar prices. Card, charged in Kenyan shillings at the day’s rate. Replies inside the 24-hour window after a customer writes are free. Meta charges for template messages you start (marketing, authentication and most utility templates), priced by the customer’s country, so a template to a Chinese number is billed at Meta’s China rate. Chats that start from a Click-to-WhatsApp ad are free for 72 hours. Meta bills these charges to your own Meta account; they are not part of the EliteTeQ price.

WhatsApp isn’t used for domestic business in mainland China, where customers use WeChat. EliteTeQ Inbox is for Chinese exporters and trading companies whose overseas buyers in Africa and the Middle East message them on WhatsApp, so the whole sales team can follow every buyer.

Overseas buyers write in English, French, Arabic, Swahili and more. Your sales team replies in the buyer’s language; template messages can be created in English, French or Swahili.

Office hours are set day by day for each number. A common setup in Shenzhen or Guangzhou: weekdays open, Saturday mornings open, Sunday closed. Anyone who writes while you are closed gets your away message, at most once every 12 hours, and the chat waits at the top of the list for the morning.

**Is there a free trial?**

Yes, 7 days with every Business feature open. You choose a plan in Settings → Billing when you’re ready.

**How do we pay?**

Card, charged in Kenyan shillings at the day’s rate, through Paystack. You get a receipt from EliteTeQ Softwares Limited for every payment.

**What happens if we pay late?**

Your chats and contacts are kept safe. Choose a plan and pay in Settings → Billing to carry on where you left off.

**Are WhatsApp’s message charges included?**

No. Meta charges for template messages you start, at its rate for the customer’s country, and bills your own Meta account. Replies within 24 hours of a customer’s message are free.

**Can we add more people or numbers?**

Yes. Each extra person is $8 a month on Starter or Growth (Business already has unlimited people), and each extra WhatsApp number is $10 a month on any plan. Yearly, each costs 10 months.

**How many WhatsApp numbers can one business have?**

Up to 20. That is Meta’s limit per business, not ours: a new business can register 2 WhatsApp numbers, and Meta raises it to 20 once the business is verified with Meta. Growth includes 2 numbers and Business 3; each extra number is $10 a month. Facebook and Instagram inboxes don’t count as numbers.

**Do you set it up for us?**

You can do it yourself, free. Or pick a one-off setup when you first pay: Basic $50 (we connect WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram and add your team), Standard $100 (plus contacts, pipeline, templates and automatic replies) or Premium $150 (plus a 1-hour team training and a check-in two weeks later).
